AbbyFest, in partnership with the University of the Fraser Valley, is an annual gathering of our community where we celebrate our culture, art, music, history service clubs, sporting associations, businesses and more! We strive to create an event where the people of Abbotsford can experience all of Abbotsford in one place, on one day.

Thank-you for your interest in AbbyFest. This year we are being very specific in the curation of this years community booths. Entry is free and by invitation only. Please complete this form in order to notify AbbyFest coordinators of your intention to participate as well as your logistical needs.

All vendors are required to be at the event for the full duration. Set up and take down times will be strictly enforced. All exhibitors are required to be at the event for the full duration. Exhibitors who do not show up for the event after the last check in date (about one week before the event) will not be invited to attend future events.

We are very pleased to have you participating in our event this year. Please understand that in order for the event to maintain a high quality of production, it is very important that all participants operate within the time frames outlined. By completing this form you are agreeing to participate for the full duration of the event, ensure that your booth/area is manned at all times, and that your booth/area is set up and taken down within the time frames allocated.
