Thank you for nominating a teacher for the 2025 Minnesota Council of Social Studies Teacher of the Year Award!

Nominees will be contacted in October 2024 by an MCSS representative to invite him/her to apply for the award by submitting a resume, lesson plan, two letters of recommendation, and a personal statement related to the teaching of social studies.

Nominations are due September 30, 2024.
Application materials for those who have been nominated will be due Oct. 30, 2024.
