Fees:
1 child – One-time payment of $400 or two payments of $200 each.
2 children – One-time payment of $650 or two payments of $325 each.
3+ children – One-time payment of $850 or two payments of $425 each.

First fee payment must be made at time of registration. Second payment must be made before January 10, 2025.
Acceptable methods of payment:
1. By check made payable to IASC.
2. Setup payment through your bank for payment to IASC at 189 East Main St, Meriden, CT 06450.
3. Pay using PayPal (link available at rawdatalquran.org, Quran Institute and School Fees).

Special Needs Statement and Claim of Liability Waiver:

• Rawdat Al-Quran is not equipped to care for children with special medical, emotional, disciplinary or educational needs. If the above-named student(s) is/are receiving, or is in need of, more than normal supervision, it is required that the parent contact the school administration prior to registration.
  A parent’s on-site presence during the full duration of school hours may be granted upon request in certain situations.
• I grant the administration of Rawdat Al-Quran at Masjid Al Rawdah full authority to use their judgment in obtaining and providing emergency medical care deemed necessary to protect the health and safey of the above-named student(s). This care may include, but not limited to, placing the student under the care of a doctor or hospital.
• I hereby release, hold harmless, and indemnify the administration of Masjid Al Rawdah, its teachers, or other agents, within their individual capacities or by reason of their relationship with Masjid Al Rawdah from all responsibility, liability, or claims of any nature whatsoever for loss, damage, or destruction of property, or injury due to any cause whatsoever to me as a parent or to my children who will be attending the school as students.
