Are you eligible for expungement of your Rhode Island criminal record? Join the Office of the Attorney General at this event to take the first step in the expungement process. Please sign up for one of the appointment windows below.

When: October 30, 2025 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Where:  265 Oxford Street, Providence, RI 02905

Our staff will help you:
  • Evaluate your eligibility for expungement.
  • Fill out and notarize the expungement forms.
  • Identify where to file your expungement forms.

Note: Rhode Island matters only. Please bring identification with you

In order to determine your eligibility for expungement, the R.I. Office of the Attorney General must search your criminal history. This criminal history search may also uncover any outstanding fines and warrants in your name.
