I eat within the flow of my schedule. I eat when I think about it; I think about it when my blood sugar is so low that I feel ravenous. I don’t have insatiable food cravings. When my schedule permits, I enjoy preparing a home cooked meal, but when time is limited, I go for something quick and easy. I have some idea that my eating habits need improvement , but I’m not motivated to do anything about it. I eat once, maybe twice per a day and when I do, it is usually in large portions.
