Papers are 20 minutes in length, with 10 minutes for Q&A.

Panel proposals consist of three papers and should be submitted by the organiser. You will be asked to submit information, including contact details, on behalf  of all panellists.

Roundtable proposals may have between 3 and 5 participants for a 1.5 hour session. You will be asked to submit information, including contact details, on behalf  of all panellists.

We are aware that not all delegates will be able to travel, and that online participation is an increasingly important option in making conferences accessible. The exact format for online presentations will be determined after we have an idea of numbers. For online participation we are hoping to stream plenaries and highlights from the conference, but it is unlikely that every delegate presentation will be streamed.
If you are unable to travel to the venue in Cuddesdon, is there a particular challenge that you would like to tell us about?
As the conference remains, primarily, an in-person event, we may not be able to accommodate all requests to present online. This will help us to prioritise opportunities for online presentation, should there be particularly high demand.
