AV Assistant- insure the PowerPoint presentations are loaded on conference computers, test presentations, and communicate with staff if an issue may arise.
Breakdown/Clean-up- assist with packing up conference items (laptops, banners, etc.).
Floater/Greeter- greet conference attendees, and direct them to conference rooms, restrooms, and appropriate staff members if an issue may arise.
Registration and Setup- assist attendees during the check-in process, and setup conference items (banners, signs, etc.).
Room Monitor- introduce speaker by reading their biography to the audience and communicating with the appropriate staff if an issue may arise (room temperature, computer/AV concerns).
There are several committee openings and we are looking for members and committee chairs. The following committees are available.
Communication & Marketing - communication strategy, social media management, etc.
Development & Finance - sponsorship, development, and accounting
Public Relations & Community Outreach - media relations, strategic partnerships
Programming - event content, speaker relations, etc.
