On Friday June 15th, vendors will meet at the Ray Kestner Water Park (Houghton Beach) promptly at noon; a Bridgefest Committee member will meet you in the parking lot to assign your space.
All non-food vendors seeking to participate in Bridgefest 2018 are asked to submit an online registration form and online payment for their requested days and space by Monday June 4, 2018. All applications received after that point will be charged an additional $20 late fee. Spaces shall only be reserved upon the committee receiving the completed registration AND PAYMENT, no exceptions. Applications will no longer be accepted after 5 p.m. on Monday June 11, 2018. The following spaces are available for vendors to reserve:
A single 12x12 space for 2 days: $100A single 12x12 space for 1 day: $65*Extra 10x10 spaces can be purchased at a rate of $60 for 2 days or $35 for 1 day.
If vendors do not purchase the necessary sized space for their setup, the Bridgefest committee reserves the right to not accept the vendor on the weekend of the event or charge additional expenses. The Bridgefest Committee will assign the locations, making every effort to accommodate vendor requests, but reserves the right to assign spaces as necessary. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Due to a change in co-occurring events, vendors will be located west of the Portage Lift Bridge along West Lakeshore Drive all the way into the Ray Kestner Park.
Spaces with electricity are limited, so please make sure to indicate whether you will need electricity or not. No additional charge will be added for the use of electricity.
Bridgefest assumes no liability for damage or loss of any products or displays. Vendors must provide proof of insurance to the Bridgefest committee member at check-in on Friday or prior to the event. Bridgefest does not provide security of any kind, including overnight. Bridgefest reserves the right to reject any vendor/exhibitor without explanation. Vendors must maintain a clean area at all times throughout the weekend. Vendors provide their own security, chairs, tables, water, trash removal or other needs.

Online payments can also be made at http://www.bridgefestfun.com/donate.php. Again, spaces shall only be reserved upon the committee receiving the completed registration AND payment.
You may also send a completed paper form along with your check or money order (payable to “Bridgefest”) to the address listed above by June 4, 2017. Credit card payments over the phone are also accepted.
