Preregistrations are encouraged and will be accepted until Wednesday, March 18th.  Walk-ins are welcome (8:30 am - 3:30 pm) as time/space allows. $55 Day of Show/Walk in (if space allows) $60. 

Please fill out a separate registration form for each appointment you are requesting. 

Appointment times will not be given out until after the judging program is finalized. 

Please be prepared to fill out the following information for your dog at the clinic: dog registered name and number, breed, sex, color, date of birth and microchip information for your form.

Time Preference (I will do my best to accommodate time preferences. No one will be scheduled in the clinic and the show ring at the same time. Nor would you be expected to be at the heart and eye clinic at the same time.) Preference will be given to first received registrations. We cannot guarantee that your appointment times at the heart and eye clinic will be close together. We will try our best to be efficient and mindful of people's times but we will be scheduling close to 100 exams.  *
