JD: 24x7 Services and Operations of GPS Vehicle Tracking. Answer emails and voice calls from
customers. Non-technical as well as technical queries. Educate customers on how to use the system.
Prepare reports in Excel and Word to send to customers. Good experience with Emails, Word and
Excel is must.

Desired Candidate Profile: Well-spoken with fluency in English and Hindi is must. Thorough
knowledge of computer operation and day-to-day usage with Internet, Email, Word, Excel. Good
communication skills. Gender preference: Male. Must live in or relocate to Gurgaon.
