RETURN POLICY
I am happy to take back an item if you don’t love it! All exchanges MUST be SHIPPED (or dropped off to me) within 3 DAYS OF YOU RECEIVING THEM (based on the tracking information provided by USPS). I do not accept returns that you have held on to longer than this amount of time, because I strive to keep my inventory fresh and seasonal!
In order to return an item, it must be in BRAND NEW CONDITION. The tags must still be attached, and the item must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, and free from any ODORS (perfume, deodorant, cigarette smoke), STAINS (makeup, etc), or PET HAIR (my family members & many of my customers are allergic). If I receive the item and it is not in sellable condition, I will contact you. My business depends on your honesty and cooperation.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. After the item has been inspected, you will receive credit for the amount of the item that you exchange. I CANNOT issue you a credit until I have your item in hand. Please do not claim items and expect to use a credit if I have not received your return.
