Calling all Personal Support Workers, Registered Practical Nurses, and Registered Nurses who worked in a Northwestern Ontario long-term care home between 2020 and 2022 to participate!
This study is called "Moral Distress During the Pandemic: Impacts on the Mental Health of Long-Term Care Home Staff."
