Possible Risks: I understand that the participating event will include the following activities, each of which has the potential risk noted below, as well as other risks commonly associated with the activities; 1. Closed-toe shoes/boots and leather/thick rubber gloves are required. It is highly recommended to wear long pants, long sleeve shirts, hat and sunscreen. 2. Drink plenty of fluid to stay hydrated. 3. If you need rest or do not feel well, tell Tucson Clean & Beautiful's staff and take appropriate action. 4. Watch for traffic, equipment and uneven surfaces. 5. Please yield to the right-of-way to pedestrians and bicyclists on sidewalks/trails/roads 6. Watch for rattlesnakes, dogs, scorpions, other wildlife and the hazards they create. 7. If you encounter used hypodermic needles or other drug paraphernalia, please notify Tucson Clean & Beautiful's staff immediately so they can properly dispose of. Report any hazards or injuries to yourself or others to Tucson Clean & Beautiful's staff immediately. *
RELEASE: I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand the risks associated with this volunteers activity. I have had the opportunity to ask questions and have them answered. By signing below, I hereby release and agree to hold harmless City of Tucson, Pima County, the Pima County Board of Supervisors and its Districts, Tucson Clean & Beautiful, Inc., and any other person, or organization officially to the fullest extent allowed by law from any and all claims for personal or bodily injury and property damages that may occur or result from my participation in these activities. And I also grant permission to have my photographs and or video of me and my dependents taken for the purpose of social medias, news releases, online and in other communications related to this event.
