RSVP for Little Lights Reading Series with Franny Choi, Lauren Whitehead, and Arhm Choi Wild!
Welcome to the Little Lights Reading Series, a bi-weekly virtual reading series co-sponsored by various journals, bookstores, and writing organizations. We want to thank Women and Children First Bookstore in Chicago, IL, for co-sponsoring this event!

The Little Lights Reading Series celebrates the bright lights, the folks who have been lighting the way not only before this pandemic but also as we chart a new course during these unprecedented times. This virtual room is a place for all folks to shine, especially people of color, womxn, queer, trans, and GNC folks in a celebration and cultivation of joy, pride, and community.

We're beyond excited for our event with Franny Choi, author of "Soft Science" (Alice James Books) and "Floating, Brilliant, Gone" (Write Bloody Publishing), as well as a chapbook, "Death by Sex Machine" (Sibling Rivalry Press), Lauren Whitehead, writer, performer and MFA recipient in Dramaturgy (Columbia University) who most recently adapted Ta-Nehisi Coates’ award winning memoir, “Between the World and Me,” for staging at the Apollo Theater and the Kennedy Center for Performing Arts, and Arhm Choi Wild, author of "Cut to Bloom".

Folks who RSVP will receive a link for the Zoom meeting via email. RSVPs will close an hour before the event.

Thank you for your RSVP, and we're stoked to see you at the reading on Friday, July  10th, at 7 p.m. EST!
