Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Artisan Events By Ally and Alison Kosakowski, its officers, directors, volunteers, officials, employees, agents, from and against any and all liabilities, claims, suits and causes of action of whatever nature or type (including but not limited to causes of action based upon tort, strict liability or otherwise), and all attorney fees, costs, and expenses in Milford Artisan Market (Milford Green 168-176 Broad Street, Milford, CT 06460). This indemnification is absolute, personal to the Vendor and is not limited by the insurance coverage, which the Vendor may have in place. Vendor understands that Artisan Events By Ally and Alison Kosakowski are under no obligation to provide insurance to cover the Vendor from loss from any cause to any of Vendors’ property. By checking “YES, I AGREE”, the exhibitor agrees to hold Artisan Events By Ally and Alison Kosakowski harmless for any liability or loss whatsoever.

1. I give the show committee, Artisan Events By Ally, and Alison Kosakowski permission to photograph my work and booth space and allow them to use these photographs in future marketing of this show.

2. All space assignments are the final decision of the show directors, Artisan Events By Ally, and Alison Kosakowski.

3. NO REFUNDS OR SUBSTITUTED SHOWS will be allowed.

4. I have full read and understand each and every item set forth in the general information/regulations with this contract and agree to be known by the same to the extent as is fully set forth herein.

5. Artisan Events By Ally, and Alison Kosakowski reserve the right to restrict or terminate any vendor’s activity or remove any product, which, in their opinion, was misrepresented or misleading on the application, is objectionable or inappropriate or is detrimental to the quality of the event as a whole.

6. Artisan Events By Ally, and Alison Kosakowski reserve the right to terminate any vendor who does not comply with the above guidelines.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

* Set up will be held on Friday before the market from 1 pm to 6 pm as well as Saturday and Sunday of the market from 7 am to 9:45 am. All spaces are assigned, and vendors must check in with Alison Kosakowski prior to set up.

*Booths must be ready by 10 am on the Saturday and Sunday of the Markets.

* Booths must be staffed at all times.

* Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, 10 x 10 tents (preferable white) and tent weights (staking is not allowed on the Green). All tents will be set up on grass.

** A fee of $250 will be charged for staking into the Green. The Green has electrical and a sprinkler system that runs under the grass. DO NOT STAKE INTO THE GREEN.

*Vendors are responsible for keeping their space attractive and safe during the day and cleaning up their space afterwards, including removal of garbage. If you are cooking in oil, you must take it with you upon departure.

*Vendors attests that all his/her products can be legally sold by State and Federal laws.

* Vendors are responsible to collecting and reporting appropriate sales tax to the state of Connecticut.

** If you will sell any food items, please be sure to contact the Milford Health Department for your license. Payment is only required if offering samples or food to eat at the event. Packaged items just need to be registered with the Health Department. All food vendors must complete this registration at least 10 days prior to the event.

FYI There will be security overnight on Friday and Saturday nights of event so the green will be supervised from the early set up on Friday until the event ends on Sunday. In addition, there will be porta potties and sinks available nearby for the entire event.
