Fred Meyer Community Garden Survey
Through a partnership between Fred Meyer and Lake City Future First, the Lake City community has a unique opportunity to transform an empty and neglected lot into a future park. This new park can serve as a gateway into Lake City, a community gathering space, and a reminder of the natural landscape. Little Brook, a tributary to Thornton Creek, currently lies buried in a pipe beneath the site, and the new park should reference the historical path of this important creek.

This survey will help determine the design of the future park. It can be a place for meeting your neighbors, for play, for natural restoration, natural beauty, or community art. Please take 10 minutes to thoughtfully complete this survey, and help shape the future of Lake City.

The empty lot lies on the southeast corner of NE 130th Street and Lake City Way
It is a modest site, measuring about 60' x 233'
