DEBS Person Form
This form can be used by community groups to store and order data relating to surveys of burial spaces, allowing for easy ingest into the Burial Spaces Research Database. However, by using this form, groups are *not* archiving their data - this requires further interaction with the Archaeology Data Service, and may incur a charge.

Data input into the form is stored by Google, on behalf of the Department of Archaeology and Archaeology Data Service at the University of York. We will endeavour to keep your data for 1 year from submission, after which it will be deleted. The data might also be deleted if the University of York ceases the Google service - we will endeavour to inform our users in advance of data loss if this happens.

The data input into this form is also automatically compiled within a Google Spreadsheet, which is editable by anyone with the correct link - the link that was sent to you upon completion of the 'DEBS Survey Details' form. However, no user data (names, email addresses, IP addresses etc.) are made public. Unless otherwise arranged, data stored in the Google Spreadsheet will be deleted 1 year after submission.

Users can request that their data be deleted by contacting help@archaeologydataservice.ac.uk
