AGREEMENT
Nicole Steiner, the State Director of Mentoring will assign a mentor to your match if one is available.  When assigned, you will be notified via email.

As a referee, you agree to...

1. Contact the SDM at nsteiner@idahoreferee.org by email if you do not receive a mentor assignment soon.

2. Meeting with the mentor after your game is required.

3. During your discussions with your mentor, be respectful and open to feedback that is encouraging or is critical of your performance.  

4. Share any feedback regarding your mentor experience with the state director of mentoring and not with other officials.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
