As part of our #GetBright campaign in Washington, Body & Brain Yoga and Tai Chi Centers are proud to present a special event for the month of April:
Virtual Family & Friends FREE Classes!
From April 9th to April 23rd, we would like to offer free virtual Body & Brain classes to our families, friends & communities. With everyone working together to protect ourselves and each other from the spread of COVID-19, we thought it would be a perfect time to introduce you to mindful exercises that improve the health of body & mind. Each virtual group class will be a live, interactive experience with our master trainer. She will sincerely guide you to increase your energy levels and mental clarity while decreasing your busy mind and internalized stress. During this intense period of caution, concern and hardship for Washingtonians, we have decided to offer these classes free of charge. We want to share with our larger community the feeling of peace, hope and healing that we experience together with our members all over the world.
What You Will Experience:
- Unlimited access to the 45 minute group classes. Classes are offered daily Monday - Saturday @ 12pm PST, from 4/9-4/23.
- Interactive feedback from a live Body & Brain instructor
- Energy Yoga, Tai Chi, Breathing & Meditative exercises to brighten your day and enhance your overall well-being

Meet the Instructor | Maki Perry
Maki Perry (Jin Hee) has been in the Seattle area since 2009 having relocated from Houston, Texas where she started the practice of Body & Brain. Maki opened her Body & Brain center in Everett in 2012 or has been a manager of Body & Brain Center in Everett since 2012. Her goal is to help everyone become healthier, happier and more peaceful through mindful breathing and movements. Come and experience vital energy to feel the connection to nature within and around you.
