Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor in the 2023 Artisans Market at BlackRock Center for the Arts!
The goal of the Artisans Market is to provide a platform for local artists, crafters, and creatives to share and sell their work with our community. We welcome all artists from painters, jewelers, designers, and quilters to bakers, gardeners, authors, and hot sauce alchemists.
The Artisan's Market will take place every second Saturday from April to December!
The event is outdoors and will take place rain or shine.
Each market will take place from 12PM-4PM unless otherwise specified.
Spot on the lawn (Deposit): $50 Invoice or Cash ONLY. An invoice via heartlands will be sent to your email.
The event is outdoors and weather dependent. Select dates have a higher fee of $100, indicated below.
- Set up will begin at 10AM, the market will open at Noon. Take-down will begin at 4PM.
- Participants will be provided with a 10' by 10' area to set-up shop.
- You are to supply your own booth set-up, including a table, tent, and chairs.
BlackRock resources may be supplemented at an additional cost. Please inquire about availability.
Spot on the street (Food Trucks only): Street Parking is available on Century Blvd facing the lawn and is first come, first serve.

**Indicates a date that falls in line with a high-traffic festival at BlackRock; Lil Pumpkins Festical and BlackRock Celebrates the Season, respectively. These dates incur a higher fee of $100.
All participating vendors will be included in all marketing initiatives on the BlackRock website, social media pages, printing, and e-blasts.
Vendors who wish to participate and sell products will need to confirm in the application below and await approval by our team regarding selling. It is important that any items being sold at each market are appropriate for the event.
