Batavia Activity & Athletic Foundation provides students in need with access to educational co-curricular and extra-curricular programs (for example, school sponsored clubs, athletics, music, theater) including activity fees, equipment, uniforms, supplies and transportation.
Students must be under the age of 18 and enrolled in Batavia Public School District 101. Eligible families include those who meet poverty/income standards or who demonstrate an immediate need that currently exceeds the resource of the family. Students must have a desire to access co-curricular or extra-curricuar activities,

Please submit requests at least two weeks prior to the date assistance is needed. We will try to respond to the request promptly, but please allow a week for us to review the request. If approved we will issue a check to the school district for the fee or item of equipment or we will work with a vendor or service provider to provide payment for the fee, equipment or supplies. Funds will be dispersed at the Batavia Activity and Athletic Foundations Board of Director's discretion.
