The Financial Management Training Series is a technical training program for business leaders looking to acquire the essential finance skills to support business growth, and "access to capital" readiness. Participants will deepen their ability to better manage business finances and enhance entrepreneurial decision-making capabilities.
The Financial Management Training Series will present five (5) modules delivered virtually by a team of Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and finance professionals who are dedicated to teaching entrepreneurs how to think about their business finances in a systematic way.
Each module will consist of 90 minutes of live-virtual instruction for skills development, post workshop resources including on-demand videos and digital assets to put into real practice, additionally instructors are available for scheduled virtual office hours for further guidance.
The modules will be presented according to the following schedule; however, dates may be subject to change.
Module 3: What Lenders Need to Hear from Business Owners –September 27, 2022, 11:00 am – 12:30 pm
Module 4: Transforming Data into Information That Drives Decision-Making –October 25, 2022, 11:00 am – 12:30 pm
Module 5: Tax Talk – Planning and Compliance, Objectives, and Start – November 5, 2022, 11:00 am – 12:30 pm All presentations will be recorded and accessible to participants
Upon completion of all five (5) Modules in the series, participants will receive FSC First's Capital Matters Certificate of Completion.
