3G Beef Whole and Half Beef Order Form
Our beef is grass-raised and grain-finished for 60+ days. A $600 nonrefundable deposit per whole beef must be collected prior to beef being taken in for processing. Price includes transportation to the processing facility, cut and wrap fees, and slaughter fees.
Weights vary per animal. Average hanging (carcass) weight of about 600 lb. will yield approximately 400 lb. of retail cuts (including burger, steaks, roasts, etc.).
At $5.10/pound hanging weight, you get to place your own custom-cut instructions for traditional processing (steaks, roasts, and ground beef). We will help you through the process and answer any questions you may have regarding how to place cut instructions with our processor.
