All students at Eshleman are designated as walkers or bus riders. We know that some families choose to pickup students using our car rider lines on a consistent basis throughout the school year. If your student will be an after school car rider on a consistent basis, please complete the form below for each of your students at Eshleman.
By completing this form, you are changing the mode of transportation home for your student from bus/walker to car rider. If someone will not be picking up after school in the car rider line, you will need to notify the main office by completing the Eshleman Daily Student Transportation Change / Student Early Dismissal Form, which will be distributed at a later date.
Additionally, completion of this form means that the transportation change to car rider is effective on the first day of school.
