1) Must submit request at least 2 weeks prior to event.
2) Please make arrangements with Marshall Brown, or Laurie Glenn to pick up/drop off key to the building (if needed).
3) Please ensure attendees stay only in the rooms of the building in which you have reserved and stay out of the auditorium (unless that is what you have reserved) and offices.
4) We do not have a post-event cleaning crew so please ensure you leave the building as you found it. This includes checking the restrooms. Should they be needed, cleaning supplies can be found in the Maint. closet located in the hall by the north door.
5) Please ensure all lights are turned off and door is locked when you leave.
