REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS MUST BE SUBMITTED 7 CALENDAR DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED PICKUP. Any request submitted after this time will not be processed. You can always send a representative to pick up on your behalf by having them say your last name at the market.
Refund requests are free of charge if made before our Early Bird order deadline, otherwise there is a $5 service fee which is taken out of your refund total. This small fee is waived if you opt to donate your food.
