Stoller Stitches Knitting Club: Parent Permission Form
By filling out this form, I am giving consent for my student to take part in Stoller Stitches Knitting Club. This club will meet every Wednesday (school days only) starting November 18th via Zoom from 3-3:30pm. Beginning knitting will be covered, and experienced knitters and crocheters are welcome! A supply list will be emailed to students after this form is received. A limited number of supplies will be available for students who don't have access to them.
