The registration fee depends on your NLSEB membership status and includes coffe/tea, lunch and dinner. Registration costs 60 euro (NLSEB members) or 80 euro (non-members).

If you were an NLSEB member before, you got an email how to renew your membership on January 9. Please also check your spam folder.

Please answer this question for our planning purposes. Note that the dinner is included in the registration fee, but costs incur to NLSEB per person that plans to attend the dinner. Please fill this correctly such that we will have the appropriate amount of food. 

You can let us know by email (news@nlseb.nl) if you need to change your option until 2 weeks before the meeting latest. Last-minute changes cannot be accommodated by the venue.

There will be plenty of vegetarian options for lunch and dinner. 

Note: non-selected oral presentations will be provided the opportunity to present a poster.

Registration for the NLSEB meeting is considered an agreement to abide to the NLSEB Code of Conduct, which can be found at https://www.nlseb.nl/copy-of-privacy-statement-1.

At the meeting, you will have the possibility to purchase a mug with the NLSEB logo.
