Topic and Description:
Nine Ways of Leading
Linda Klingman, Owner/Principal HR Coastal

The most direct route to business success lies in adopting practices that actively promote self-awareness, social skill, and emotional intelligence in business. The Enneagram is an archetypal framework that offers a map to personal development and opens a pathway to self-discovery and greater personal awareness. Linda Klingman will demonstrate how this tool for business can help decode why people do what they do, why we have conflicts with some people but not others, and how we can become aware of our blind spots. More importantly, it can help leaders to know themselves in a deeper way so they can more effectively lead others and model conscious positive behaviors for their employees.
