This does not include grown dependents, non-immediate family of the service member, non-DEERS eligible significant others, daycare providers, or foreign services. This DOES include Veterans, Active Duty, Reservists, medically retired individuals, and Wounded Warriors for the use of carrying their children. You may be asked to provide proof of service or affiliation.

I understand that if I have falsified information about my qualification status (Such as lying about owning a carrier either during the application or upon acceptance) and TCOP finds out after I have received my carrier, I will be billed for the full retail cost of the carrier I have received and will be responsible for paying it in full or returning the carrier in the condition I received it, and if I do not comply as agreed per condition of application I understand that I may suffer legal ramifications.
