2010年創立生命嗎哪國際事工(ZMM)，多年來在美國加州致力於禱告和門訓，幫助年輕人的生活教育和生命成長的工作。Zoe牧師在職業上有三個身分：牧師，國際教練協會認證的教練和教授。2019年在研究所時，從師美國資深的心理學家Dr. John Townsend ，他是界線(Boundary)一書的作者。
Founded in 2010, Zoe Manna Ministries (ZMM) has been dedicated to prayer and discipleship in California, USA. Pastor Zoe have been working towards providing education and facilitating personal growth for young people. Pastor Zoe holds three professional roles: pastor, certified coach from the International Coach Federation, and professor. In 2019, while pursuing her studies, she had the privilege of being mentored by Dr. John Townsend, a renowned American psychologist and the author of the book "Boundaries."
Zoe牧師經過多年來的學習、研究和實踐，並且融合了聖經的真理。於是採用了「社會情緒學習理論」、「湯森人格架構理論」、「不匹配的經驗」、「學習熱情」和美國近十年最新的社會心理，經由腦神經科學証實的對人類生命康復成長有效果的理論，創立了“嗎哪生命教練課程”。「教練課程」包括了情商學、人所需要的營養素、人格架構的成長、學習熱情和領導力。
After years of study, research, and practical application, Pastor Zoe has integrated biblical truths with various theories. She has incorporated concepts from "Social Emotional Learning Theory," "Townsend Character Structure Theory," "Mismatching Experiences," "PQ," and the latest social psychology findings of the past decade in the United States, which have been scientifically validated by neuroscience in terms of their effectiveness in promoting human recovery and growth. This led to the creation of the "Manna Life Coaching."
藉由這些生命體驗課程和團體互動架構，幫助人從低自我認同、憂鬱、憤怒、焦慮、沒有動機中走出來，重新體驗健康幸福的人生。同時幫助人們成長、擁有更好的人際、婚姻和家庭關係。有一個充滿展望實現夢想的健康人生。
Through these life-experience courses and group interactive structures, the program aims to help individuals break free from low self-identity, depression, anger, anxiety, and lack of motivation.
