UNLV Continuing Education - Drop Request Appeal Form
This form must be submitted by any student wishing to file an appeal to drop a UNLV Continuing Education course outside of the standard drop policy.

All requests must be submitted by the student and the email address provided below will be used to send a copy of the submission and used to verify that the request was submitted by the student.

This information will be reviewed by an appeals committee and may result in no refund, a transfer or credit for the fee paid, a partial refund or full refund. 

You may be contacted to provide additional support documentation if requested by the appeals committee.
