Submitting this form does not guarantee reservation. Someone will contact you in 24-48 hours for approval, pricing, and to discuss the event in detail. Nacho Mama will schedule a viewing where event organizer can explain set up and decor, and submit down payment. A down payment of 25% of total price is required upon viewing. If Nacho Mama will be catering the event, a fixed menu will be discussed upon viewing. If Nacho Mama will not be catering the event, event organizer must disclose what will be served as we do not permit non-vegan food indoors, but will permit for outdoor events. An email will be sent out to event organizer to confirm the event 7 days prior to event date, it is MANDATORY to confirm reservation no later than 2 days before event, otherwise organizer risks event cancellation and forfeit of deposit. Nacho offers free cancellations with 100% refund of deposit if event is cancelled 24 hours before event date, otherwise deposit will be forfeited.
