Funding Policy 2024/25

ASAP will seek to facilitate funding to pro-Palestine student groups and Palestine societies at universities in the United Kingdom through our application process. Funding requests must be made via this form.

1. How to apply for funding

To ensure that ASAP is given enough notice to make an assessment of your funding request and find suitable sponsors, you must:

Apply, via submission of this form, at minimum two weeks in advance of the funds being required.
Submit only one application per occasion, listing the different purposes in the designated section of this form.

Applications submitted within two weeks of the occasion will not guarantee funding for it. ASAP will do our best to review the request but may be unable to facilitate funding for the occasion.

2. Factors that sponsors will consider when reviewing applications

Number of students affected
Impact on your target audience and the campus community
How much you need our funding
Access to other available sources of funding (if any) for the particular occasion

3. Obtaining an update on your request

4. Requesting other forms of support from us

ASAP will do our best to provide all support needed for occasions concerning Palestine activism. If you require any non-financial support, e.g. training, etc., please reach out to us.
