Use this form to register a Unit Owner, Renter or other Resident's car to receive a parking permit sticker to park in Versailles Villas. Each unit is assigned two parking space per Unit. Only two cars are allowed in the parking lot per Unit at any time.
***** A Registration Form MUST be filled out for each vehicle. Registration will fail if you do not fill out separate forms. ******
Once your Vehicle Registration is approved a Versailles Villas parking decal sticker will be placed in the lower left or right of your back window. By submitting this form you give the HOA the right to place this sticker on your Vehicle.
At no time can a Unit Owner or Renter park in a guest space. Any unauthorized vehicles in a reserved or guest parking space will be subject to booting and/or towing with out notice.
***All resident vehicles must be registered on this site by 7/31/2021 or be subject to booting and/or towing.
*****RENTERS***** Per our Covenants & Bylaws, Renters & Guests in excess of thirty (30) days must complete the Versailles Villas Resident Applications and have a HOA Approval Letter prior to move in. Your landlord is responsible to advise you of this and to submit a copy of your lease to Benchmark Property Management. If you have both you can submit a copy of your HOA Approval Letter & Lease to

Each unit has two assigned parking spaces. There is limited guest parking. Guests shall park in the spaces marked “Guest Only”. No unit owner or renter shall be permitted to park in guest spaces.
1) Park in designated parking spaces only. Do not park along the side of buildings, in street, in front of the dumpsters, or alongside of landscaped islands at driveway between buildings. Owners will be responsible for towing/booting cost plus a fine maybe imposed.
2) No tandem parking (Example: one vehicle parked behind another, no sharing the same space with cars & motorcycles)
3) Cars must face toward concrete car stops—NO BACKING-IN PERMITTED!
4) Center cars in space—one vehicle per space—do not straddle lines.

6) No trailers, boats trailers, horse trailers, commercial trucks, boats, mobile homes, vans having less than 50% of available standard windows space used as window, motor homes, recreational vehicles, and or campers and camper tops on trucks of any type, shall be kept or stored anywhere within this development.
7) No commercial vehicles of any type are permitted within the development. For the purposes of this section, commercials vehicles shall mean those which are not designed and used for customary, personal/family purposes. The absence of commercial vehicles shall not apply to temporary parking of vehicles while service is being provided to the unit, such as repairmen’s trucks.
8) Any guest visiting the development can park for one week with prior notification given to the Board of Directors. Email

9) All owners, tenants, and/or residents, shall provide the Board of Directors with the year, make, license plate numbers and state of their vehicles. Forms of providing this information are available from the Board of Directors (VIA this form). Vehicles not registered with the Board of Directors are subject to being towed away at the owner’s expenses.
10) No Parking is permitted in the swale area, unless permission is obtained from the City of Boca Raton Police Department.
11) Any inoperable vehicle or any vehicle with expired license plates or registration shall be subject to towing within seven (7) days at owner expense.
12) No Repairs are to be made to any motor vehicle in the parking lot area.
13) No Commercial moving vehicles are allowed in the parking lot overnight except to load or unload when a resident is moving in or out of an unit. The unit owner shall advise the Board 48 hours in advance when a commercial moving vehicle will be loading and/or unloading.
14) Vehicle owners and unit owners will be responsible for any damages to the parking area including damages caused by leaking oil or fuel.
VEHICLES IN VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNER’S EXPENSE. BOTH OWNERS AND TENANTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR VIOLATIONS OF ANY OF THESE RULES BY THE OWNERS, TENANTS OR ANY GUESTS.
