PARENTS/GUARDIANS - Please review the Band Handbook and Calendar at
. It is imperative that parents and students have an understanding of the policies and procedures that are expected in order to participate in band. It is also important that each family check the concert calendar immediately in order to set those dates aside and notify Mr. Waggoner of ANY conflicts within the first two weeks of school. Please sit together and review this handbook and the website in order to understand all expectations. I am requiring all students to submit this form for a grade. The $25.00 course fee can be paid online, or you are welcome to send a check made out to PVHS or cash with your student and they can turn it into Mrs. Carrie Romero in the main office.
