26-27 Jane Ruestmann Elementary - Report a Student Absence/Leave Early and Return Event

THIS FORM IS FOR REPORTING AN ABSENCE/LEAVE EARLY AND RETURN EVENT FOR A JANE RUESTMANN ELEMENTARY STUDENT.

Please complete one form per student. If an absence is due to an appointment, you will need to provide an appointment note within 3 days of the absence to the Jane Ruestmann Elementary office.

Please remember if your student is vomiting or running fever, they must be FREE FROM SICKNESS for 24 HOURS before returning to school.

IF YOUR STUDENT DOES NOT ATTEND JANE RUESTMANN ELEMENTARY, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FORM. PLEASE REPORT THEIR ABSENCE TO THE APPROPRIATE CAMPUS. Attendance questions and medical notes can be sent to Erica Denney at erica.denney@argyleisd.com. Thank you!
