Food trucks are welcomed and encouraged.  All food vendors are responsible for following Department of Health requirements.  If you are shut down by D.O.H. no refund will be given.

Vendor set up policy:
All vendors must provide their own 10' x 10' pop up tent and own tent weights.  NO STAKES ALLOWED. Cement weights are preferred.  Any negligent damage caused by tent/equipment are the vendor responsibilities.

Refund Policy:
Rain or shine, we still grind.  There are no refunds for any cancellations.  If you need to reschedule, a 72-hour courtesy email is required.  If you fail to notify us prior to the 72-hours, you will not receive a credit.  The credit must be used by end of the next month as scheduling permits.  The only time a refund will be granted is if the State of Hawai'i issues an emergency order mandating the cancellation.

Booth Sharing Policy:
Vendors are required to let us know you will be sharing a booth at the time of payment. No more than two(2) vendors a booth.  Each vendor will be reviewed for eligibility.  Please email us with second vendor information for approval.  If you decide to share a booth after you have already registered and paid, please notify us by email and we will send you an invoice for additional payment. Vendors who don't inform us about sharing a booth will not be eligible on market day and your vendor fee will be forfeited.

I have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the   policies to participate at Hana Lima Market.  I understand there are no refunds.  I accept full responsibility and agree to indemnify Hana Lima Market LLC ("Indemnified party") and 330 Ku'ulei Rd should my products or property cause damage or harm to 330 Ku'ulei Rd or Hana Lima Market LLC sponsors or employees. I hold harmless Hana Lima Market LLC, 330 Ku'ulei Rd, and their sponsors and employees from litigation arising from ANY injury caused by or against any person, theft or damage to merchandise or automobile while participating at Hana Lima Market.  For promotional purposes, I authorize Hana Lima Market to use my videos, photos, and audios.  I understand that this agreement is subject to change without written notice and that Hana Lima Market has the right to refuse any applicant.
