Crimes Against Humanity Treaty
A new treaty on Crimes Against Humanity (CAH) is in its final draft stages, but civil society groups—including women, LGBTIQ people and other directly impacted communities—have not weighed in. Civil society organizations, and particularly women’s groups, have changed the course of history by organizing together to ensure that all human rights violations are taken seriously in key international documents. The CAH drafting process is moving quickly, and now is a critical time for civil society to get involved.

A petition calling on the International Law Commission to update the definition of gender and ensure everyone's rights are protected, including women and LGBTIQ persons, will be coming out soon. Please fill out this form if you would like to be on the mailing list to be involved and stay informed.
