Important Notes:
A limited number of spaces are available. Complete this agreement promptly to reserve your space.
You may place up to a 2’x3’ business/organization sign at ground level near the display.
Periodic security patrols will take place during closed hours. The Bolivar Area Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for accidents, theft, or damage to displays.
Participants must provide their own outdoor extension cords. Each electrical pole will be shared by two businesses/organizations.
Watch for a confirmation email with key details this fall. Please read it thoroughly.
You are encouraged to maintain and update your display. This includes:
-Replacing non-functional bulbs
-Repairing broken pieces
-Repainting or cleaning as needed

Electrical & Safety Regulations:
To ensure safety and compliance for all participants:
All displays must follow the National Electrical Code (including proper grounding).
Each electrical connection must be wrapped with electrical tape.
No damage may be made to park property, including pavilions, sidewalks, or trees (no digging postholes or installing permanent structures).
Displays must be LED ONLY!
