2023 MHS Member Recognition Awards Nomination Form - NATAN Award

The NATAN Award will be given annually to one MHS Member employee or team of employees who have exemplified Christ-like serving leadership demonstrated by their generosity and willingness to support their teammates and clients.

There is no limit to the number of individuals or teams of employees you can nominate from your organization. The Award Ceremony will take place at Mennonite Health Assembly. Nominees do not need to be present to receive the award.
