RENTAL REQUEST DEADLINE: April 12, 2026.

Doctoral Candidates who are undecided or pending defense are strongly encouraged to request a rental gown before the deadline. Rental regalia will available for pick-up approximately one week prior to the event. A payment of $283.98 (pre- sales tax) is due at the time of pickup. The rental package includes a Fine Quality Custom keeper Tam ($174.00 Value). The rental gown and hood must be returned to the UBC no later than June 3, 2026 to avoid a $500 replacement fee. ----- All communication will be sent via the email address provided. -----
