Medicine 2.0 Epatient Scholarship Application
We plan to give about 10-20 tickets away for free to epatients (cannot be academics, conference presenters, healthcare professionals, employers or owners of companies in the health sector).
Epatients having sources of funding (e.g. from professional patient associations) enjoy discounted rates and are expected to register normally. Epatients without sources of funding can apply for a free ticket using this form.
THESE TICKETS ARE GIVEN AWAY ON A SPACE-AVAILABILITY BASIS AND A DECISION MAY BE MADE ONLY 2-4 WEEKS BEFORE THE CONFERENCE.
WE CANNOT PAY FOR TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION.
If you want to be sure to attend the conference, we suggest to find funding through other sources and register normally.
