This form is for registered 4-H Volunteers to endorse 4-H youth members in El Paso County for the 4-H Career Award.
The EL Paso County 4-H Career Award is a
NEW El Paso County Award that is designed to recognize the leadership and achievements of 4-H Members who are Juniors and Seniors in High School, across the many different aspects of the El Paso County 4-H Program. This award takes into account the hard work members put into club leadership, planning, community and service learning, club, county, regional and state level involvement, and who truly represent the 4-H Motto of "Making the Best Better."
This award can only be received once in a 4-H members' career.
This form must be completed by a currently enrolled and active 4-H Volunteer. You can be a club leader, a project leader, or an active 4-H Volunteer who knows the youth well.
Career Award applicants CANNOT use a 4-H Volunteer that is a Parent or Relative to endorse their application.
PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR ENDORSEMENT BY FRIDAY, AUGUST 30, 2024.
- 4-H Volunteers are permitted to endorse more than one 4-H member for this award.
- 4-H Volunteers' comments are taken into consideration for this award.
- Youth members CANNOT use a Parent or Relative to endorse their application.
Please note that your responses will be anonymous, unless you choose to share your responses with the youth individually.
