Gaymer Pride 2026 Event Tabling Sign-Up
NYC Gaymers invites community partners, game design students, and game developers to join us at Gaymer Pride 2026, where you can outreach and connect with attendees. Please sign up ASAP, as tables are limited (5-7 minute slot times, adjustable within reason).

This year, NYCG will provide our community partners and game developers free tabling, and as a nonprofit (501c3) we encourage those wo can to consider donating to NYC Gaymers, so that events like Gaymer Pride can continue to be free and accessible to both our community and our community partners.

If selected to join us for Gaymer Pride, we ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes to setup, and have someone at your table 2:00pm - 7:00pm. (You're welcome to attend Gaymer Pride (in or out of drag/cosplay, up to you!), of course!!!) *
