Step 2: Video record you partner performing 5 push-ups. Have them record you doing the same.
Step 3: Watch the video of your push-ups and compare it to the video in step 1.

Step 5: Using the clock on the wall, record your partner performing as many push-ups as they can in 1 minute. Have them do the same for you.
Step 6: Watch your video. How many push-ups did you perform total in 1 minute?
Step 6: How many push-ups did you perform with correct form?
Step 7: Set a goal for how many "correct" push-ups you would like to achieve.
Step 8: Erase the video from Ipad
