Spiritual Ecology CoP #5: Personal Practice
Welcome to the evening around Personal Practices, part of the Spiritual Ecology Community of Practice series.
What do you practice on a daily basis and how do these rituals or personal practices support you in your work in the world?
In this 5th Spiritual Ecology Community of Practice we’ll dive into the topic of Personal Practices. I will share a bit about my story and experience with personal practices. We will practice a few - meditation, writing, walking as a way of reconnecting with nature - and will look at what potentially blocks you from picking up a (new) practice.
“Slow down and enjoy life. It’s not only the scenery you miss by going too fast - you also miss the sense of where you are going and why.” Eddie Cantor
