BCGC donation request form
Thank you for reaching out to BCGC for a donation for your event. We make donations on a monthly basis. Please fill out the form below by the 25th of the month preceding your event date. All donations decisions will be made on the first of the month and you will be notified if we are able to accommodate your request.

Due to the extremely high volume of donation requests we receive, we are not able to support every organization. We prioritize organizations that work with the arts or have a educational focus. We are not able to donate to organizations that are involved with political fundraising, will use the funds for faith based activities, or are not in Monroe, Brown, Lawrence, Green, Owen or Morgan counties.

Our donation would be two free tickets to our next fusing event, at a value of $50. These events are for ages 5 and up and happen three times a year (March/April, August and December).
