Administrative arrangements will be emailed 5 – 7 working days prior to the event.
The conference fee includes conference pack, lunch and refreshments during the conference. A cash bar will be available at the cocktail event. Conference fees are excluding VAT, which will be added to your invoice.
Delegates are responsible for their own accommodation arrangements.
Kindly take note, supplementary charges are applicable for special dietary requirements. Delegates will be informed of such additional charges before meals are confirmed with the venue. Surcharges charges must be paid in advance to Social Justice. We will then order and confirm these meals.
No refunds on cancellations will be accepted, but replacements are acceptable.
To avoid any penalty fees, cancellation of bookings must be done in writing to email@example.com not later than 10 working days prior to commencement of the conference. Substitutions must be done in writing at least two days prior to the conference. A penalty fee of 50% shall apply to all cancellations made less than five working days prior to commencement of the conference. Cancellations made less than 5 working days, or failure to notify us in writing at email firstname.lastname@example.org shall attract penalties equal to the full conference fee.
Any cash deposits into Social Justice Foundation’s bank account shall attract additional bank charges. The FNB cash handling fee will be added to your account, to cover the additional bank charges levied by FNB.
In the event that Social Justice Foundation is required to recover outstanding fees due in terms of this agreement, the defaulting party shall be liable for such legal costs on the scale as between attorney and own client.
