Glamorgan CCC W&G County Age Group Observation Nomination Form  
This form is to be filled out to nominate your child for the Glamorgan County age group observations. This form is to be filled out by a parent/guardian of the player. Prior to completing the form please ensure you have read all the information below. 

Attending Observations
Please can players wear sport kit (No Glamorgan kit to be worn) and shoes suitable for indoor training. Please note, observations are for hardball cricket. If players have cricket equipment, please can they bring it with them. If not, we will supply kit for the session. Please can players also bring sufficient drinks for the session.
